At CheapFlyo we aim to make booking and (when necessary) refund processes as clear and fair as possible. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for bookings made through CheapFlyo.com, what you can expect, and how to submit a refund request. Please read this policy carefully before contacting support or initiating transactions.
CheapFlyo acts as a booking facilitator and works with airlines, online travel agencies, and other third-party providers to complete reservations. Because tickets and services are issued by those providers, refund eligibility, fees, and timelines are primarily determined by the issuing airline or provider. CheapFlyo will assist in processing refund requests and communicating with providers, but we do not control their final decisions or internal processing times.

After CheapFlyo forwards a validated refund request to the provider, processing times vary by provider and payment method. Typical timeframes are:
If the provider issues a refund in a form other than the original payment method (e.g., credit voucher), we will notify you and explain the options. CheapFlyo does not control the speed at which banks or card companies post refunds to your account.
Refund amounts may be subject to deductions such as airline cancellation fees, non-refundable taxes, or third-party service charges. CheapFlyo may charge an administrative service fee only when clearly stated at the time of booking or in our communications. Any third-party processing fees imposed by the provider are outside CheapFlyo’s control and will be deducted from the refund where applicable.
If you believe a refund was wrongly denied or if you experience delays beyond stated timelines, contact refunds@cheapflyo.com first so we can escalate the matter. If escalation does not resolve the issue, you may consider filing a dispute with your card issuer. Please note that chargeback processes have strict deadlines and requirements; always try to resolve with CheapFlyo and the provider before initiating a chargeback.
Refunds are typically issued in the currency used for the original purchase. If a refund involves currency conversion, exchange rates and conversion fees applied by banks or payment processors may affect the final refunded amount.
For exceptional situations such as bankruptcy of a provider, industry-wide travel restrictions, or government-ordered cancellations, CheapFlyo will provide guidance and work with applicable authorities and providers to pursue refunds or alternatives on your behalf.
